SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDING AND ITS PREPARATION

PURPOSE: To obtain easily and economically a molded item having both high sliding properties being characteristic of synthetic resins and high enough rigidity substitutable for metals instead of outsert molding which requires a complicated process by only one continuous injection molding process, in a method for molding a relatively small-sized synthetic resin molded item used for various electric instruments. CONSTITUTION: The first synthetic resin 1 is injected in a molding space, and the second synthetic resin 2 with a smaller mold shrinkage factor than that of the first resin part is injected into the inside of the first synthetic resin 1 before the first synthetic resin is not solidified and the resin is solidified.
