TRANSPARENT INFRARED-SCREENING FILM AND COATING COMPOSITION FOR FORMING THIS FILM

PURPOSE: To improve the transparency of a transparent infrared-screening film comprising a resin film having an Sn-containing indium oxide (ITO) powder dispersed therein and reduce the haze thereof. CONSTITUTION: A transparent infrared-screening film is formed by applying and drying a coating composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. ITO powder having an atomic ratio of Sn to (Sn+In) of (0.01 to 0.15):1 and a mean particle diameter of 0.5μm or smaller with 10-900 pts.wt. polyester resin and a solvent containing 0.2-500 pts.wt.β-diketone and 0.2-500 pts.wt. alkyl acetate.
