PURPOSE: To carburet a liquefied natural gas with a wide selection width of a raw material petroleum gas at a low cost in small-sized equipment by cooling a liquefied petroleum gas with the liquefied natural gas before mixing, removing contained impurities and then mixing the resultant cooled liquefied petroleum gas with the liquefied natural gas before vaporization thereof. CONSTITUTION: Contained impurities such as methanol are removed from a liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) by cooling with a liquefied natural gas(LNG) before mixing and the resultant cooled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is then mixed with the LNG before vaporization to carburet the LNG. For example, the LPG led from an LPG line 2 to a mixer 3 is cooled with the LNG in a heat exchanger(HE) 7 for removing the impurities with the LNG led to the mixer 3 to remove the impurities therefrom. The separated impurities undeposited in the HE 7 are subsequently captured and removed with a filter 12 and the resultant LPG is further introduced into the mixer 3 and mixed with the LNG before feeding thereof into a vaporizer 4 to carburet the LNG. |
