CONSTITUTION: A pantograph type extensible guide mechanism 16 in which a plurality of sets of vertically extensible X-links 17 are vertically connected to each other is provided between the ceiling 4a of a lifting way 4 and a finger lift 6. A feeding cable 21 supplying electric currents to the fingers 6a provided in the finger lift 6 is hooked zigzag on respective X-links 17 of the extensible guide mechanism 16 to make it flexible together with the X-links 17.
