PURPOSE: To economically and efficiently manufacture resin composite tube, which is prepared by laminating fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer to thermoplastic resin layer. CONSTITUTION: Onto the tubular body 25 manufactured by spirally winding band-like thermoplastic sheet 24 around a mandrel 12, after being applied with primer, fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer 21, resin mortar 22 and fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer 23 are laminated in the order named so as to form laminated body 20 onto the tubular body 25. After that, the laminated body 20 is hardened together with the tubular body. Finally, both the bodies are cut to size so as to manufacture resin composite tube formed by laminating fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer onto thermoplastic resin layer. |
