FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises shaft arranged all along its length and coupled with auger drive. Air chamber is tightly communicated with housing and, via air duct, with air feed source. Air duct accommodates airflow control shutter. Clearance t between housing and auger makes 2 to 3 sizes of one loose material particle. Proposed shutter comprises additionally automatic adjustment mechanism that incorporates frame-like base with cylindrical support, enveloped by spring, attached vertically thereto. To top edge of said spring, a large-diametre hollow cylinder is jointed to move along cylindrical support in spring compression-expansion. Shaped levers rest on hollow cylinder upper edge, the levers being hinged to shutter mechanism shaft running in bearings. Shutter mechanism shaft top part is flexible connected with auger drive. Note also that shutter is rigidly rodjointed to hollow cylinder. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption and higher efficiency. ^ 2 dwg |
