发明名称 PRODUCTION OF STAINLESS STEEL REDUCED IN INNER GRAIN BOUNDARY OXIDATION
摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of inner oxidation under high temp. environment by specifying heating temp., finishing temp., annealing temp. and grinding rate of a stainless steel slab having specific components. CONSTITUTION: The composition of the stainless steel contains by wt., <=0.1% C, <=0.1% N, 10-25% Cr, and further <=0.10% Al and/or <=0.50% Ti. Heating temp. of this slab is made >=1200+3×Cr deg.C, and hot-rolling finshing temp. is made >=950 deg.C or hot-rolled sheet annealing temp. is made >=950 deg.C, and scarfing rate or the grinding rate (d) of the steel sheet before cold-rolling is made to satisfy the inequality I. Wherein, Sol.Al and Sol.Ti contents are calculated by the equations II. In the stainless steel, at least one kind among <=1% Nb, <=0.2% Mo and <=14% Ni is incorporated. By this method, the internal oxidizing phase can be removed.
