PURPOSE: To obtain an easily handleable PoGE paste excellent in homogeneity by a comparatively simple operation while improving the workability of the paste during use thereof as a food emulsifying agent, a detergent, an oral compsn. or the like. CONSTITUTION: A fatty ester of polyglycerol in a molten state is added to and mixed with water kept at a temp. of 30 to 99 deg.C with stirring to prepare a polyglycerol fatty ester paste.
