PURPOSE: To provide an easily applicable method of adjusting for liq. to flow under. by horizontally and smoothly moving and levelling the liq. filled in one place or the converged and flowing-under liq. for uniform diffusion and distribu tion. CONSTITUTION: A region 2a crowding many paralleled liq. absorbing wave-like protrusions is provided in the direction crossing with the liq. underflowing direction at right angles along an underflowing path for a liq.-absorbing raw material 2. The underflowing liq. supplied to the liq.-absorbing raw material 2 is absorbed to the wave-like protrusions. The liq. is streaming down over the wave-like protrusions with borizontally spread along the wave-like protrusions.
