PURPOSE: To provide a method and apparatus for power Doppler ultrasonic display of blood flow capable of easily capturing a target B mode image even while a blood flow display region is kept moved. CONSTITUTION: A display changing means consisting of changeover devices 77, 78 and a changeover control circuit 79 displays the B mode image in the blood flow display region as well during the movement of the blood flow display region according to the movement signal Z for indicating the movement of the blood flow display region and displays the blood flow image when the movement of the blood flow display region stops.
