<p>PURPOSE: To provide a rear suspension of saddle type vehicle capable of obtaining excellent performance with a simple structure without a large cost. CONSTITUTION: In a rear suspension 14 consisting of an upper link 15 and a lower link of the same shape, a differential housing 20 to hold an axle shaft 19, and a rear shock absorber 21, the lower link is extended diagonally downward from a pivot part 22, and its rear end part is attached to a fitting bracket provided on the differential housing 20.
