<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for culturing a cell in high productivity while supplying uniform oxygen to the cell during culture. CONSTITUTION: A space formed between the inside of a culture tank equipped with inner chambers 3 divided by porous walls 2 having a surface area >=1.5 times as wide as the bottom area of a culture tank 1 and the outside of the inner chambers is filled with a culture solution containing a cell and a culture solution enriched in oxygen at the outside of the culture tank is introduced from an inlet of the culture tank to the culture tank. On the other hand, a culture solution passed through the porous walls of the inner chambers into the inside of the inner chambers is taken out to the outside of the culture tank to provide the objective method for culturing a cell in a space outside of the inner chambers in the culture tank. This culture tank is advantageously used for the cell culture device. This method for culturing/recovering a cell is provided by utilizing the method for culturing a cell.</p> |
