<p>PURPOSE: To quickly comply with an order placed from a construction company and the like with a minimum stock of the long architectural lumber by printing a mark corresponding to a dimension or each construction field and the like in each of the long architectural lumber delivered from an automatic warehouse on the basis of delivery data and delivering the printed long architectural lumber to each of the construction fields and the like. CONSTITUTION: After rough lumber conveyed by a container or the like is unloaded by means of an unloading device 2, defective lumber is eliminated by visual inspection, and then, the lumber is cut into the preset length by cutting off both ends by means of a both end cutting device 3. The cut rough lumber is cut by means of a planer 4 to the preset various dimensions of four surfaces, finished into long architectural lumber, and then, stored in an automatic warehouse 1 in order by means of a storage/ delivery controller 5. In each of the long architectural lumber delivered from the automatic warehouse 1, a mark corresponding to a dimension based on the delivery data or individual construction field is printed by means of a printing device 6, and then, the marked along architectural lumber is delivered toward each of the construction fields by means of an automatic loading device 7. Therefore, quick compliance with an order from the construction company can be accomplished.</p> |
