PURPOSE: To promote growth of a plant by hanging a plant growth promoting device from a trellis on which the plant is growing, a plant vein or a branch. CONSTITUTION: A mobile member 2 is rockingly and rotatably fitted to one side of a hanging member 1 having a hanging hole 1d at the other side and the mobile member 2 is provided with at least one magnet 3. Growth of a plant is promoted by a magnetic line of force radiated from the magnet 3 by suspending the handing member 1 from a trellis, a vein or a branch of the plant by the handing hole 1d.
