PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device being capable of reducing malfunction due to noise while suppressing an increase in circuit scale, and further to provide an electronic apparatus and the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device 100 includes: a bridge circuit 210 having a high-side transistor and a low-side transistor; a control section 240 performing on/off control of the high-side transistor and the low-side transistor and switching between a charge period when a current flowing through the bridge circuit 210 is increased and a decay period when the current is decreased; a signal generation section 110 generating an input signal FBSW input to the control section 240 on the basis of an analog signal; a storage section 120 storing delay time information corresponding to a noise width of the analog signal when the charge period and the decay period are switched; and a noise cancellation circuit 130 performing noise cancellation with respect to the input signal on the basis of the delay time information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
