The barrel is held by an arm articulated centrally at the horizontal end of a beam, pivoted by an actuator, between vertical holding and horizontal tipping positions. The holding element has a clamping pincer (9) at its top end, for the barrel (13) top (12) and at its bottom end a spring loaded hook (18) to engage under the barrel base (19). The arm (6) on the beam carries a stop (28), to immobilise it, under pushing action of an actuator (27). The holding element (1) is slightly inclined to the vertical and a supplementary push by the actuator raises the barrel base and simultaneously engages the hook underneath, to ensure its holding. The stop may be a wedge, preventing the holding element coming to the vertical.
