The pad has four leaves which are detachably connected. Two leaves (2,3) do not receive all the writings on the first leaf. Two leaves (2,3) do not receive all the writings on the first leaf. Two leaves are glued together over all their edges and form a closed pocket which , at the at the end, receives the writings of one leaf (4) but which are open and allow the writings on this leaf to be displayed. This leaf cannot be read without opening the pocket.
