The offset reflector antenna is provided with a circular edged dish (2) fixed in position and a feeder section (4) also fixed. This latter component includes a transition part (6) with rectangular input (a) and circular output (b) and also a horn radiator (8) changing the circular shape into an elliptical shape (c) and capable of being rotated about the axis (A) by means of the coupling (12), near the section (10) relative to the transition part (6). The directional diagram of the reflector is elliptical in shape.
