PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a gasket for building having no curvature and having excellent water-tightness and airtightness after the gasket is attached to sashes. CONSTITUTION: A silicone foaming rubber material 1 which contains a self- heating compound and a silicone non-foaming rubber material 2 which does not contain a self-heating compound are simultaneously extruded so as to form a two-layer structure. Microwave of 900-5,000MHz is applied to the structure so as to make the foaming rubber material heat by itself. While it is being foamed and cured, the non-foaming rubber material is stretched so as not to make curvatures in the structure. After the foaming rubber material is cured, the structure is heated so as to cure the non-foaming rubber material. |
