摘要

PURPOSE: To easily bond a label being an insert material to the outer surface of a product body so as to continuously cover the outer surface of the body by allowing heat and pressure of a molten molding material in the injection molding operation of the product body to effectively act on the deformation in the configuration of the label along the outer surface of the product body. CONSTITUTION: A narrow belt-shaped case surface label part 12 is formed integrally with each of sides of a rectangular end surface label 11. A notch 13 is formed into an acute angle between side end edges of adjoining parts 12. Thus in a label 6, side ends of adjoining parts 12 are superposed one over another to establish a connection between the adjoining parts 12. The side end of one of the adjoining parts 12 is superposed on the side end of the other part 12 from outside and a part of the side end of the part 12 on the inner side is folded so as to face the side end of the part 12 of one of the adjoining part 12 to form a folded part 14, thereby forming a smooth outer surface.
