发明名称 CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF POLYOLEFIN EMULSIFIED PRODUCT
摘要 PURPOSE: To safely obtain with a single extruder a high-performance polyolefin emulsified product with no heat deterioration without the need of using any intermediate treatment (equipment) and/or poisonous chemical reagent, by subjecting a polyolefin to acid-modifying and emulsifying processes in a continuous way in an extruder. CONSTITUTION: In an extruder, an acid-modifying process intended to convert a polyolefin into the corresponding acid-modified polyolefin with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an organic peroxide and an emulsifying process intended to emulsify the acid-modified polyolefin with a surfactant and water are conducted continuously. The acid-modified polyolefins include unmodified polyolefins. The polyolefin is pref. an amorphous polyolefin in the form of homopolymer, binary copolymer or multi-component copolymer whose constituent(s) is selected from ethylene, propylene, and 4-8Cα-olefins. It is preferable that the unsaturated carboxylic acid be (meth)acrylic acid, while the organic peroxide acetylcyclohexylsulfonyl peroxide with a decomposition temperature in a half-life of one minute of 70-270 deg.C. The extruder is pref. a twin-screw extruder.
