The paper or cardboard (1) has an undercoat (2) in a coating mass composed of water, amorphous silicon oxide, aluminium oxide, PVA and a copolymer of styrene,butadiene and acrylonitrile. Alternatively it is composed of water, silicic acid or precipitated silicic acid, PVA and a copolymer of styrene, butadiene and acrylonitrile. The covering layer (3) is a coated mass of water with a copolymer of styrene and butadiene modified with carnauba and paraffin wax, an ethylene/methacrylic acid dispersion and polyvinyl acetate. It can use carboxylated styrene-butadiene or styrene-acrylate copolymer dispersion.
