The interior (12) of the can (10) is designed so the dip tube (32) can swivel 360 deg. in at least one plane as confined peripherally by one wall (14) of the can. The specifically cylindrical interior (12) comes in cylinder form whose axis runs at right angles to that of the rigid riser tube (26). When the interior is discus-shaped, the discus rotation axis runs normal to the tube (26), or again the interior can come in ball shape or onion shape so its axis runs parallel to the tube (26). The movable dip tube should be flexible or made of rigid and flexible parts, in which case the flexible part is joined to the rigid tube (26). If designed as a bellows, the flexible part of the dip tube is joined to tube (26), using a rotary connector between the rigid tube (26) and tube (32) part. Two connectors can be used, their axis in this case at 90 deg. to one another, and the dip has a bottom weight (46) or float.
