Procedure to test visual field of patient

The procedure displays multiple identical or similar stimulant patterns on a screen or a projector, examining the centre or periphery of the visual field of a patient. The appearance of the patterns are changed by such things as rotation, colour change, contrast, position, depth, number, form and size. The patient is asked to register perceived changes by using a light pen, torch screen or verbal description.
