The present invention relates to a device and a method for monitoring drying of a fuel cell stack and, more specifically, to a device and a method for monitoring drying of a fuel cell stack, which can accurately determine whether the fuel cell stack is dry or not. The device and the method for monitoring drying of a fuel cell stack can maintain smooth operation and performance of the fuel cell stack by inducing actions through accurately determining whether the fuel cell stack is dry or not when driving a fuel cell stack vehicle. |
