The present invention relates to a method for detecting an agglomerative form of an agglomerative form-producing polypeptide of a biosample. The method comprises the steps of: (a) spiking (i) a monomer form or a multimer form of the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide, (ii) a hydrophobic deleted derivative of the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide, or (iii) a hydrophobic deleted derivative of the monomer form or the multimer form of the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide and the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide in a biosample of an object to be analyzed; (b) additionally producing an agglomerative form of the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide by incubating a byproduct from step (a); (c) making a byproduct from step (b) come in contact with a coupler-marker in which a signal generating marker is coupled with a coupler coupled with the agglomerative form of the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide; and (d) detecting a signal generated from the coupler-marker coupled with the agglomerative form of the agglomerative form-producing polypeptide.
