<p>A sustained-release preparation composed of tablets that contain: (a) a mixture of a drug with a water-soluble polymer or a solid dispersion comprising the same, (b) polyvinyl alcohol, and (c) one or more salts selected from the group consisting of trisodium citrate, sodium sulfate and sodium chloride and that are coated with a coating (d) which comprises a water-insoluble polymer, a water-soluble polymer and/or an enteric polymer, showing an arbitrarily controllable releasing pattern and releasing rate, and being suitable for the administration of the drug once or twice a day.</p> |
