The present invention relates to a composition for relieving inflammation induced by yellow dust and fine dust, containing a natural plant extract. The plant extract suppresses the expression of inflammatory cytokines and the production of nitrogen monoxide (NO) induced by yellow dust and fine dust. Thus, the plant extract has excellent effects of preventing or ameliorating skin inflammation induced by yellow dust, fine dust, and other harmful substances.
