Air is ducted (17) through a throttle (12), radial fan (13), cooler (14), preheater (15) and main electric heater (16). The coolant circuit (18) leads from the cooler through a motorised regulator valve (19), compressor (20), pressure regulator (21) and condenser (22) with two axial fan motors (M4, M5). Coolant is returned from a condensate collector (26) via a thermal expansion valve (25) which performs evapn. A branch circuit from the compressor leads to the preheater via a manual regulator (27) bypassed by two magnetic valves (28) operated by the central control computer (30) linked to thermostats (TF1-TF4) along the air duct and (TF5) in the stored material. USE/ADVANTAGE - In silos and barns, fluctuations in temp. and humidity are minimised together with energy consumption.
