The set comprises wall blocks with front sides for positive connection, and ceiling slabs. The wall blocks are of identical thickness. Their longitudinal dimensions and the length and width dimensions of the ceiling slabs equals an integral multiple of the wall blocks. There is at least one equalising block, whose length equals an uneven multiple of one half of the wall block thickness, fitted with a smooth front side. In the building erected by the set the inner and outer walls are of identical thickness, equal to the wall block thickness.
