PURPOSE:To perform stable ISC control by storing data indicating a current state of an engine and determining a control signal which is to be issued at the starting time of ISC control, by the use of said data. CONSTITUTION:This invention includes an I/O circuit 206 which receives the output from a revolution sensor 202 and a water temperature sensor 204 and sends a control signal to a duty valve 3, memories 208 and 212, and CPU210. The CPU210 performs ISC control so as to have a target revolution speed agree with an actual revolution speed. The CPU210 selectively stores a controlled amount indicating a current state of an engine among controlled amounts used where the CPU is performing ISC control with the engine idling. Data of said controlled amount is used as a control signal which is to be issued when next ISC control is started. The stable ISC control can be effected in this way. |
