MICROORGANISM STRAIN OF ACREMONIIUM CHRYSOGENUM CCF-2752, PRODUCING CEFALOSPORIN C ANTIBIOTIC

摘要

This patent contains a description of the way, how to gain the strain called Acremonium chrysogenum CCF - 2752 which is reusable in the industrial area and which is able to produce the antibiotic called Cefalosporine C. The above mentioned strain has a required stability and its capability to create antibiotics related to Cefalosporine C is much more higher, then in the case of the original parental strain. This property is demonstrable. An influence of signed substrates with radioactive compounds inserted into the submerged fermentation soil was utilised as a mutagenic factor, when a cultivation process had been provided.
