The present invention relates to a filler compound for reproducing a waste mixed synthetic resin film. The filler compound is produced into a pellet by grafting and extruding: an inorganic powder mixture including 45-55 wt% of magnesia (MgO), 30-40 wt% of calcium carbonate (CaCO_3), and 10-20 wt% of zeolite; an oxide transition metal element additive; and a filler including a compatible vanadium catalyst, on a thermoplastic synthetic resin. According to the present invention, when a waste mixed synthetic resin film is reproduced, a filler capable of having remarkably improved blending properties and shock resistance is provided. |
