PURPOSE:To assure the reduction of capacitance, power consumption as well as the miniaturization of a switching active element by a method wherein the other end of the active element is connected to a current mirror circuit so as to shunt the input current in the current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input step 20 and an output step 30 of a current mirror circuit 10 are respectively connected to a high potential point 3 while both of the bases of npn transistors 21, 32 are connected to the output side of con stant current supply 4. Furthermore, both of the emitters of the npn transistors 21, 32 are connected to an anode of a laser diode 2 while a collector of a Schottky clamp npn transistor 5 is connected to the bases of the npn transistors 21, 32 then the emitter and the base of the transistor 5 are respectively con nected to a low potential point 1 and an input terminal 6. Through these procedures, the reduction of sinked circuit, power consumption and capacitance as well as the miniaturization of the switching active element can be assured. |
