The invention is suitable for the field of passenger car glass, and provides a passenger car laminated glass forming method and a passenger car laminated glass. The passenger car laminated glass comprises a plurality of mutually adhered glass substrates, and the outermost glass substrate is provided with a mounting layer. The forming method comprises the following steps: selecting sheets, carrying out adhesion prevention, and adhering, wherein the adhesion prevention step comprises the processes of preparation, sprinkling and formation. The passenger car laminated glass prepared through adopting the forming method is characterized in that adjacent two glass substrates are mutually adhered through an adhesive layer, the outermost glass substrate of the glass substrates is the mounting glass substrate, one side of the mounting glass substrate is applied to the adjacent glass substrate, and the other side is provided with the mounting layer. The forming method adopting uniform sprinkling of an adhesion prevention mixed solution in the adhesion prevention step effectively avoids adhering damages of the glass sheets in the formation process; and compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of raw material saving, environmental protection, and improvement of the production efficiency and quality of the passenger car laminated glass prepared through the forming method. |
