Provided is an insulation-coating device for electrical steel sheets, which is intended to coat a high tensile coating layer on a surface of an aromatic electrical steel sheet specular material without exfoliation. To this end, the insulation-coating device includes: a primary coating part coating the surface of a material with a tension coating solution; a primary drying furnace drying the material which has gone through the primary coating part; a secondary coating part coating the tension coating solution on the surface of the material dried after going through the primary drying furnace; and a secondary drying furnace drying the material which has gone through the secondary coating part. |
