The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane cartridge-type humidification module and a manufacturing method thereof. The hollow fiber membrane cartridge-type humidification module comprises: a housing; a plurality of common hollow fiber membrane cartridges inserted into both end portions of a plurality of bundles of hollow fiber membranes which are inserted into the housing along a longitudinal direction of the housing; a division unit disposed in the housing, and dividing the bundles of a hollow fiber membranes; and a porting unit for porting the common hollow fiber membrane cartridges and the bundles of hollow fiber membranes to the housing at the same time. The manufacturing method thereof comprises the following steps of: preparing the common hollow fiber membrane cartridges inserted into the both end portions of the bundles of hollow fiber membranes; manufacturing the housing having the division unit for dividing the bundles of hollow fiber membranes by determining capacity depending on the shape and number of the common hollow fiber membrane cartridges; inserting the common hollow fiber membrane cartridges and the bundles of hollow fiber membranes into the housing and arranging the same; and porting the arranged common hollow fiber membrane cartridges and bundles of hollow fiber membranes to the housing at the same time. According to the present invention, the housing is manufactured depending on the shape and number of the common hollow fiber membrane cartridges, thereby expanding use thereof to products having various types of capacity, improving use efficiency according to the shape, number, and size ratio of the common fiber hollow membrane cartridges, and reducing a manufacturing time and costs with simple porting. |
