The present invention provides a laser welding device capable of welding steel plates having various thicknesses, and a welding method of a thin plate using a laser welding device. According to an embodiment, the laser welding device welds two members through a laser. Moreover, provided is the laser welding device comprising: a laser generation unit generating a laser beam; and a masking unit arranged on a path of the laser beam, reflecting a portion of the laser beam to reduce a diameter of the laser beam. |
