The present invention provides an oral solid formulation comprising: rivaroxaban or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as an active ingredient; a polyvinyl caprolactam polyvinyl acetate-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer as a solubilizing agent; and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive, and a producing method thereof.
