PURPOSE: To securely protect an artificial marble counter without use of foamed styrol pads, by setting pads made of laminated cardboard at the corners and putting setting pieces made of cardboard cases or laminated cardboard on the short sides, when packing artificial marble counters with acute corners into a wooden frame. CONSTITUTION: An artificial marble counter 1 has one shorter diagonal side 1a intersected with one longer side at 45 degrees. A wooden frame 2 is a shallow box frame containing the counter 1 and a plurality of cardboard receivers 3 are arranged in the inside. And further, a pressing piece made of laminated cardboard is stuck so as to push the diagonal side 1a in the wooden frame. A pad 6 made of laminated cardboard is put against the acute corner 1d between the diagonal side 1a and the longer side. Thereafter, a long rectangular upper receiver 7 is laid on the counter 1 and at last, wooden beltlike plates are put on the wooden frame 2 and nailed to fix them to the wooden frame 2. In this way, the packing work is completed. |
