PURPOSE: To produce a syringe by respectively cyclically using two kinds of carriers for transporting syringes. CONSTITUTION: Injection cylinders 1 are inserted in a turned over state into the first carrier and while these cylinders are transported together with this carrier, the injection cylinders are treated by a drying and sterilizing machine 18, etc., and thereafter, the injection cylinders are removed from the carrier and are inverted by a removing and inverting device 20. The emptied carrier is returned to the insertion section by a return conveyor 23 and again the injection cylinders 1 are inserted therein. On the other hand, the inverted injection cylinders 1 are inserted into the second carrier and while the injection cylinders are transported together with the carrier, the injection cylinders are subjected to treatments by a packing machine 44, a gasket plugging machine 48 and a vacuum plugging machine 54, etc., and thereafter, the injection cylinders are removed from the carrier and are sent to the ensuing stage. The emptied second carrier is returned to the inserting device 36 of the second carrier by a return conveyor 60 and again the injection cylinders 1 are inserted therein. |
