PURPOSE: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayered film not whitened or melted to be perforated at the time of heat-shrink packing, hard to generate bursting from a fused heat-sealed part and good in cutting properties at the time of fusion heat sealing. CONSTITUTION: A heat-shrinkable multilayered film is characterized by that the crosslinking degree of the polyolefin resin of both outer layers is higher than that of the polyolefin resin of a core layer. The core layer composed of a polyolefin resin of which the crosslinkability is inferior to that of the polyolefin resin of both layers is laminated to both outer layers composed of a polyolefin resin high in crosslinkability and the obtained laminate is irradiated with electron beam orγ-rays to be crosslinked.
