发明名称 INFRARED RAY RADIATING HEATING PANEL
摘要 PURPOSE: To increase a far-infrared ray radiating efficiency as well as a mechanical strength and permit the increasing of the area thereof largely by a method wherein the sectional configuration of a heat equilibrium structural body is formed of a substantially flat C-type while a farinfrared ray converting medium is formed of a mixed resin of ceramics powder. CONSTITUTION: A heat equilibrium structural body 1 generates heat by an electric heat generating body 3 and the heat of near-infrared ray, transferred to the lower surface of an upper plate 11 of the heat equilibrium structural body 1, is collected selectively to heat evenly the upper plates 11 quickly by conduction while the mechanical strength of the whole of a floor heating unit is secured by the sectional configuration of substantially flat C-type. A far- infrared ray converting medium 2 is constituted of a mixture or a composite of ceramics powder and a resin and is provided with high far-infrared ray converting efficiency and, especially, capable of radiating efficiently the far- infrared ray of a long wavelength area, longer than the wavelength of 16μm, which is capable of heating 3-atomic molecules efficiently. Acccording to this method, the far-infrared ray radiating efficiency and the mechanical strength can be increased and the area thereof can easily be increased largely.
