<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a roller from slipping to enhance reliability in the case of supplying paper again by feeding the paper with a non-image part, which is caused in the case of recording the surface of recording paper at both ends of the recording paper in parallel with a recording paper feeding direction, on the re-supplied paper whose surface has been recorded. CONSTITUTION: Side controlling plates 27 and 28 slide and move in a direction shown by an arrow by a driving mechanism along slits 26C and 26D formed on the recording paper placing board 26A of an intermediate tray in accordance with the size of the recording paper to be housed. Re-supplied paper feeding rollers 29 and 30 are respectively provided on the front and back plates 27 and 28. The materials of the rollers 29 and 30 are rubber, the rollers 29 and 30 are supported by the plates 27 and 28, and move together with the plate 27 and 28 moving in accordance with the size of the recording paper. The rollers 29 and 30 are formed on the peripheral part of the recording paper in the case of recording the surface. Since the rollers 29 and 30 are always brought into contact with only the non-image part of the ends of the recording paper and perform paper feeding operation, stable paper feeding can be performed without slipping.</p> |
