PURPOSE: To prevent the insulation of a lead wire form being dropped due to a hydrolysis by a method wherein an insulating material with high hydrolysis- resistant property such as polyethylene naphthalate is used for a film and a braid as insulating materials for an insulated wire. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene naphthalate film 2 which is 25μm thick and 10mm wide is wound transversely on several conductors 1 in which copper wires having a diameter of, e.g. 0.12mm plated with tin in such a way that 3/4 of the width of the film 2 is overlapped, and a polyethylene naphthalate film 3 which is 10mm wide is wound transversely on it in the opposite direction. An insulated wire is constituted in such a way that fiber polyethylene naphthalate braids 4, 5 which are composed of a thread at a denier of 250 are formed doubly on the film 3. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the insulation of a lead wire from being dropped due to a hydrolysis.
