A scan driving circuit for use in an oxide semiconductor thin-film transistor and a NOR gate logic operation circuit of the circuit, comprising a first inverter (100) and a second inverter (200) that are applicable in a GOA circuit pull-down holding circuit, and multiple transistors (T13, T14, T15, and T16), utilizing a combination of an NTFT and the inverters to replace a function of an existing PMOS component, implements a characteristic similar to that of an existing CMOS NOR operation circuit, thus solving the design problem of an IGZO TFT single-type component logic operation circuit, and improving applicability in a large-sized digital integrated circuit integrated within a liquid crystal display. |
