PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a needle for injecting a brine to a meat piece being useful for the production of ham, etc., with superior workability by providing a speci fied shape wall in the bottom part of a duct in an axial direction, minimizing the clogging in holes, attaining uniform injection and reducing a stop time. SOLUTION: The needle consists of a tubular mainbody 1 provided with an axial direction duct 2 having the holes 3 in a radius direction, the holes 3 in the radius direction are distributed along the tubular mainbody 1 of the needle, perpendicularly penetrated through the wall and is provided with a diameter for injection under pressurizing. A holding end part mainbody is connected to the end part of the mainbody 1 and is provided with a fixed area. A sharp tip part 6 is connected to the other end part of the mainbody 1. The upper wall of the tip part connected to the lower end part of the axial direction duct 2 is provided with an inclined trough or bowl-shaped wall 7 where a profile is reduced in width from a head part to the bottom part so as to permit the lower contour, that is, the bottom part to be connected to the lower part of the inner wall of the radius direction hole 3 being most adjacent to the needle tip part 6 on a same plane so as to be terminated. |
