PURPOSE: To obtain a food mixture, capable of providing an excellent juicy feeling, a flavor and a texture, suppressing the production of stickiness and preventing a liquid from discharging to the outside by absorbing a seasoning liquid in gelatin particles having a specific particle diameter, swelling the gelatin particles and mixing the swollen gelatin particles in a food dough. CONSTITUTION: This mixture is obtained by absorbing a seasoning liquid in gelatin particles having a particle diameter which is an undersize of a 2-mesh screen and an oversize of a >=42-mesh screen, swelling the gelatin particles, providing swollen gelatin particles and then mixing the resultant swollen gelatin particles in a food dough at <=15 deg.C. |
