PURPOSE: To enable the contact of a plug device with an elastic contact of a socket member without generating a trouble by providing a contact pressure- contact mechanism, and inserting a plug device of a second substrate into a recessed part of a socket member of a first substrate so as to operate an operation lever. CONSTITUTION: A socket member 12, which is provided with contacts C in the side walls of a recessed part of a housing 11, is mounted on the top surface of a substrate Pt1. A plug device 16, which is provided with elastic contacts EC opposite to the contacts C at the time of installation in the socket member 12, is mounted on the lower surface of a substrate Pt2. When the plug device 16 is inserted into the recessed part of the socket member 12 and an operation lever 17 provided in the plug device 16 is operated, projection parts 19 of a bar member 18 push projecting parts of the contact EC, which are directed inward, toward the outside, and the contacts EC elastically contact with the corresponding contact C. Consequently, the excellent electrical/mechanical contact condition is always easily formed. |
