PURPOSE: To obtain a highly accurate oscillation gyro which can be mass produced at low cost while reducing the size without requiring any cutting or assembling process. CONSTITUTION: The oscillation gyro 17 comprises a flat plate 11 having a circular canopy 15, a transmitter R1 disposed for the canopy 15 region, and at least a pair of receivers R2 , R3 disposed for the canopy part 15 while spaced apart from each other by a distance equal to integer times of the wavelength of a standing wave produced in the canopy 15 by the receiver R1 . The oscillation gyro 17 detects the rotational angular speed and can be manufactured accurately through a semiconductor fabrication process. |
